Your Pixel 7 Pro should support eSIM
Let's ensure it's not restricted to any specific carrier or network.
- Open Settings on your Google device.
- Go to "Network & Internet".
- Find "Mobile network" or "SIM cards" (depending on your device).
If you see "eSIM cards" or "Add eSIM profile" option, your device is likely unlocked for eSIM.
Please note, certain carriers may have policies preventing unlocking within the initial six months of use.
*The following Google Pixel devices DO NOT have eSIM capability:
- Devices originating from China, Hong Kong, and Macao do not support eSIM functionality.
- Pixel 3 models from Australia, Taiwan, and Japan, as well as those purchased through US or Canadian carriers other than Sprint and Google Fi.
- Pixel 3a models purchased in Southeast Asia and through Verizon carrier.
