Our refund policy
The cancellation and refund policy applies to all purchases made through the online store turksim.com, without exception.

Please read these terms carefully before making your purchase.

Once you have purchased your eSIM from TurkSIM, you will receive a confirmation email with the QR code. Please note that this is a digital product. Once it is sent by email from TurkSIM, TurkSIM cannot prevent or verify its use. For this reason, once the purchase of the eSIM has been completed via the email address provided, no return or refund can be made except in special cases.

When you will receive a refund:
In case of a data plan problem due to an error by TurkSIM or the mobile operator. In this case, TurkSIM will first attempt to resolve the problem via email. If the problem cannot be resolved, TurkSIM will refund you the number of days the service was down minus the number of days the service was working.

When you will not receive a refund:
• If you give us an incorrect email address. We can send the eSIM to another email address, but we cannot guarantee that the eSIM will work afterwards because we do not know if the owner of the wrong email address may have used the eSIM.

• If your mobile device is not compatible with the eSIM or your device is network-locked. TurkSIM will provide a list of compatible devices on the website and the customer can ask TurkSIM by email if their device is compatible.

• If you have changed your mind and no longer need the eSIM. TurkSIM can not verify the use after sending the email and therefore can not refund.

• For any other case not included in this list, we cannot provide a refund.

How can I request a refund?

If you have a connection problem with your eSIM, contact us immediately when the problem occurs. Our team will first make sure that your eSIM is configured correctly. If the problem persists after the eSIM is configured correctly, our team will continue the refund process.

How is the refund made?
The refund will be made to the payment method you used for the purchase. Alternatively, we can offer you a credit in our store for another eSIM purchase.
