This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms an integral part of the Terms of Service of TurkSIM (“we”, “us”, “our”) and governs the use of our eSIM products and related services (“Services”). By purchasing, activating, or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Permitted Use

1.1 The Services may only be used for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.2 Use of the Services must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, network rules, and carrier policies.


2. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Services, directly or indirectly, for any of the following activities.

2.1 Illegal or Unlawful Use
Any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, defamatory, threatening, or violates the rights of any third party.

2.2 Network Abuse
Any use that interferes with, disrupts, degrades, or damages mobile networks, infrastructure, systems, or other users, including excessive or abnormal data usage.

2.3 Automated or Machine Use
Use of the Services in connection with:
• bots or automated systems
• SIM boxes, SIM farms, or gateways
• machine-to-machine or IoT applications
• bulk messaging or automated traffic generation
unless expressly authorised by us in writing.

2.4 Circumvention of Technical Controls
Any attempt to bypass, manipulate, or interfere with network safeguards, including:
• IMEI or device identity manipulation
• APN modification
• tethering or hotspot circumvention
• traffic masking or misuse of VPNs for unlawful purposes

2.5 Resale or Commercial Use
Reselling, sublicensing, sharing, transferring, or commercially exploiting the Services, whether free of charge or for payment, without our prior written consent.

2.6 Excessive or Abusive Usage
Use of the Services in a manner inconsistent with reasonable personal use, including continuous connections, disproportionate consumption, or attempts to exploit unlimited or fair-use features.

2.7 Security and Cyber Activities
Port scanning, penetration testing, denial-of-service attacks, malware distribution, hacking, or any activity intended to compromise network or system security.

2.8 Harassment or Abuse
Harassment, intimidation, abuse, or threats directed at other users, third parties, or our employees or representatives.

2.9 Circumvention of Laws or Sanctions
Use of the Services to bypass, evade, or violate:
• national laws or regulations
• export controls
• trade sanctions or embargoes

2.10 Child Protection Violations
Use of the Services for content or activities that violate child protection or youth safety laws in any jurisdiction.


3. Fair Use and Network Management

3.1 The Services are subject to fair use principles and network management policies imposed by us or our network partners.

3.2 We reserve the right to restrict, throttle, suspend, or terminate Services where usage is deemed excessive, abusive, or harmful to network integrity.


4. No Guarantee of Anonymity

4.1 The Services do not provide guaranteed anonymity.

4.2 Usage may be identifiable to network operators or authorities where legally required.


5. Monitoring and Enforcement

5.1 We may monitor usage of the Services to ensure compliance with this AUP.

5.2 Where a breach is suspected, we may:
• suspend or terminate the Services immediately
• restrict access without prior notice
• cooperate with network operators or authorities


6. Consequences of Violation

6.1 Any violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services.

6.2 No refunds, compensation, or reimbursement will be provided for Services terminated due to an AUP breach.

6.3 We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.


7. Data Sharing and Legal Compliance

7.1 We may share relevant usage data with network partners, regulators, or authorities where required by law or necessary to investigate misuse.

7.2 Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


8. Changes to This Policy

8.1 We may amend this AUP at any time.

8.2 Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.


9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 This AUP shall be governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

9.2 Mandatory consumer protection laws of the user’s country of residence remain unaffected.


10. Priority of Terms

10.1 This AUP forms part of the Terms of Service.

10.2 In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
