Step 2: Purchase your DataTravel Global plan. Step 3: Enable data roaming on your device. This is a separate step from account activation. Go to your phone's Settings, find Mobile Data or Cellular, and toggle Data Roaming on. Without this, your device will not connect to the partner network even if your account is active.
