1. Introduction
Welcome to the TurkSIM Referral Program ("Program"). These Terms and Conditions ("Referral Terms") govern participation in the Program, which enables registered TurkSIM users to earn TurkSIM reward credits ("TurkSIM Credits") and receive a one-time discount code ("Referral Code") that may be used when purchasing TurkSIM services.
By joining the Program, all participants confirm their acceptance of these Referral Terms, which are designed to ensure fair and transparent use of the Program for the promotion of TurkSIM services.
To be eligible to participate, individuals must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or be duly authorised to act on behalf of a valid legal entity. In addition, participants must have the full legal capacity to enter into TurkSIM's General Terms of Use and these Referral Terms, including all obligations, representations, and warranties set out therein, and to comply with them in full.
2. Programme Participation
To participate in the Program, the referring individual ("Referrer") must be a registered TurkSIM user with an existing account, or an account created at the time of joining the Program. The Referrer must also meet all eligibility requirements of the Program.
The referred individual ("Referred User") must be new to TurkSIM at the time of participation, must satisfy the Program's eligibility requirements, and must use the Referral Code provided by the Referrer (e.g. "TS12345"). To receive the discount, the Referred User must enter the code in the designated referral code field at checkout during their first purchase of TurkSIM services.
3. Referral Process
3.1 Accessing the Referral Code
Referrers may access their unique Referral Code through their TurkSIM account within the TurkSIM app.
3.2 Sharing the Referral Code
The Referrer is solely responsible for sharing their unique Referral Code with potential new TurkSIM customers.
3.3 Use of the Referral Code by the Referred User
The Referred User must apply the Referral Code at checkout when placing their first order for TurkSIM services.
3.4 Credit Allocation to the Referrer
Once the Referred User has successfully completed their first transaction using the Referral Code, TurkSIM Credits will be credited to the Referrer's account. The current credit balance is visible in the referral dashboard (wallet) within the account.
3.5 Discount for the Referred User
Once the Referred User redeems the Referral Code on their first order, they will receive a one-time discount of EUR 3 (three euros).
4. Incentives for Participants
4.1 Incentives for the Referrer
4.1.1 Reward Amount
For each successful referral, the Referrer will receive 3 (three) TurkSIM Credits, credited to their referral dashboard (wallet).
4.1.2 Notification of Successful Referrals
Details of successful referrals will be reflected in the Referrer's account within the TurkSIM app in a timely manner.
4.1.3 Use of TurkSIM Credits
TurkSIM Credits may be used towards the purchase of any TurkSIM data plan. Credits are accumulative (up to 100% of the relevant order value) and may be applied across multiple transactions.
If the remaining order amount after applying TurkSIM Credits is less than EUR 0.60, the Referrer must either:
• cover 100% of the order value using TurkSIM Credits; or
• pay the remaining amount of up to EUR 0.60 using another payment method, if the TurkSIM Credits balance is insufficient to cover the full order value.
4.1.4 Restrictions on the Use of TurkSIM Credits
TurkSIM Credits may not be combined with voucher codes, other promotional offers, or discounts.
4.1.5 Removal of TurkSIM Credits
If the Referred User initiates a refund or chargeback, TurkSIM reserves the unilateral right to reverse and remove the TurkSIM Credits previously awarded to the Referrer in connection with the cancelled data plan.
4.1.6 Non-Transferability of TurkSIM Credits
TurkSIM Credits are personal and tied to the Referrer's account. They may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other consideration.
4.1.7 Redemption Channels
TurkSIM Credits may be redeemed via the TurkSIM app or through the official TurkSIM website.
4.1.8 Validity Period of TurkSIM Credits
TurkSIM Credits are valid for twelve (12) months from the date they are credited to the Referrer's account. In the event of early termination of the Program or closure of the Referrer's account, Credits may be voided immediately.
4.2 Incentives for the Referred User
4.2.1 Redemption of the Referral Code
The Referred User must complete their first purchase of TurkSIM services using the Referral Code in order to receive the one-time discount.
4.2.2 Value and Nature of the Discount
The Referral Code provides a one-time discount of EUR 3 (three euros), applicable exclusively to the Referred User's first order of TurkSIM services.
4.2.3 Minimum Order Value
The Referral Code cannot be applied to TurkSIM data plans priced below EUR 3.60.
4.2.4 Non-Combinability
The Referral Code may not be used in conjunction with any other voucher codes, promotional offers, or discounts.
4.2.5 Invalidation
TurkSIM reserves the right to invalidate the use of a Referral Code where the code has been previously used, the discount has already been redeemed, or the Referral Code has been cancelled.
5. Modification and Termination of the Programme
5.1 Right to Modify or Terminate
TurkSIM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice to existing or prospective users.
5.2 Grounds for Modification or Termination
TurkSIM may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program for various reasons, including but not limited to:
• Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity: To protect the integrity of the Program where fraudulent behaviour is detected, such as the use of fake accounts or misuse of Referral Codes.
• Abuse of the Programme framework: Including self-referrals, bulk account creation, or any other conduct that undermines the spirit of the Program.
• Breach of Referral Terms: Non-compliance with the General Terms of Use or these Referral Terms, including the provision of false or misleading information.
• Technical or operational issues: To address disruptions that affect the proper functioning or fairness of the Program.
• Compliance with legal or regulatory requirements: To ensure conformity with applicable laws and regulatory standards.
• Changes in business strategy: In connection with adjustments to business or marketing priorities.
• Maintaining fairness and integrity: To preserve the fair and equitable operation of the Program for all TurkSIM users.
5.3 Actions Against Misuse
Activities such as purchasing for the purpose of resale, creating multiple accounts, or placing multiple orders attributable to the same individual or entity will result in the immediate withdrawal of all Programme benefits. Any attempt to manipulate or exploit Programme incentives will lead to disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any rewards already earned.
6. General Provisions
6.1 Acceptance of Referral Terms
By participating in the Program, all participants expressly confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted the General Terms of Use and these Referral Terms.
6.2 Finality of Decisions
Decisions made by TurkSIM with respect to any disputes arising in connection with the Program are final. No correspondence challenging such decisions will be entered into.
6.3 Relationship to the General Terms of Use
In the event of any conflict between the General Terms of Use and these Referral Terms, these Referral Terms shall take precedence.
6.4 Verification of Participant Identity
In cases of dispute regarding a participant's identity, TurkSIM reserves the right to determine the true identity of the participant by appropriate means.
6.5 Data Protection
Personal data of Referrers and Referred Users will be collected, stored, and processed for the purposes of administering and evaluating the Program. TurkSIM processes such data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. For further information on how TurkSIM handles personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6.6 Governing Language
The English language version of these Referral Terms constitutes the authoritative and binding basis for the relationship between participants and TurkSIM. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail.
